As the lead designers for the San Francisco Symphony’s event department over several years, we worked intimately with the project managers and production teams to create innovative, memorable imagery for a host of annual events as well as once-in-a-lifetime concert experiences. Faced with the challenge of surprising and delighting even the most loyal Symphony supporters, we shape-shifted between media and references, leveraging everything from bespoke typography to neo-traditional imagery and photography.
