We approached the 2016 Opening Night Gala with a sense of fun, provided here in the form of high key color, a pop-art sensibility, and tongue-in-cheek copy. High contrast treatment of the photography integrated the event’s classical music mega-stars — conductor Michael Tilson Thomas and opera legends Susan Graham and Renée Fleming — seamlessly into the design.
